We are two professional women in our 20s, looking for a third female to complete the household! We also have two friendly cats called James and Thomas :)
The room available is a furnished single room, and although the room is small, the living space is not! There is also a back yard, on street parking, and we are extremely close to both the hospital and St. John's Uni.
Our landlord used to live here himself so the the house is lovely and very well looked after, he only lives round the corner if there are any problems too.
As for the current housemates, we are both quite relaxed and open people, love to cook, bake, play music and watch films etc.

Duration: 6 months minimum let, after which a rolling contract of 1 month's notice.

No smokers, no pets, no DSS (sorry, landlord's rules!)
