| I am looking for a new housemate as mine needs to move out. I'm a happy easy going girl going into my final year at Leeds Met. I love meeting new people and am easy to get along with. I enjoy chilled out nights in but also like to go out. I have a house cat so must be a cat lover and just someone who I can get on with really :) it's a nice large 2 bedroom house which was knocked in from a 4 bedroom just a few months ago. Very large double rooms with laminate flooring, large modern kitchen, upstairs and downstairs bathroom both with showers, big living room (laminate flooring to be put in at Christmas) There is also a little patio area at the front where you can sit and have BBQ's. The house is situated on the main Roehampton Lane road and has a selection of local shops. There are two security gates before entering the front door, so therefore very safe. Good transport links to Hammersmith, Putney and Kingston, excellent for comutting purposes, the bus stops right outside the house!
We are looking for a friendly, out going girl, who will enjoy socializing with us, for example film nights, cooking and going out.
The room has an in built storage as well as a cupboard and set of drawer ( at a small extra cost)
