| Currently three people (me, my other half and a tenant) are living at the property. We also have two beautiful and friendly family dogs (west highland terriers). So, it is important that people who get in touch do not have allergies or would not mind having dogs in the property.
This is a professional home, and it is a big property with a large kitchen and dining room, therefore it will be perfect if you enjoy cooking and love having dinner parties. The bedroom being let is a large room with an Ensuite. It is furnished but you are welcome to replace some of the furniture if you wish to. There is also off road parking.
All bills are inclusive, including WIFI/Broadband for on demand services(e. g. Netflix, iPlayer). We also have a housekeeper to clean the communal areas regularly.
Professionals and mature students are welcome to get in touch with me to arrange a viewing, or ask for further questions.
You are welcome to have a dog living in the property with you depending on the nature of the dog, and if he/she gets on well with mine. Also, there will be some change to the cost of the security deposit.

| We are currently living in a beautiful property in a residential road parallel to Camden High Street.
The house has its own door/access and is split across two levels. There are three bedrooms, one bathroom, a large kitchen and large living room.
From a location perspective, it is 5 minutes to Camden Town Underground, a 10 minute walk to Primrose Hill, a 30 minute walk to Oxford Street and generally just super connected.
My flatmate and I have been living there 2 years and we love it. The original third flatmate has recently moved in with her boyfriend so we now have a large bedroom going free.
We are friendly and open and looking for someone similar.

| The house is in Selly Oak on Heeley Road (close to Selly Oak train station). It's a five bedroom house with four other tenants, all of which are very friendly and extremely social. They are all second years between 19-20 years of age, studying at UoB (three boys and one girl). The bedroom is a very decent size, with a double bed and an ensuite bathroom. The house has been recently renovated so it is modern in style. Rent is £110 a week excluding bills (bills usually add up to £8 a week). The house is very spacious with a nice sized garden, and large kitchen which has all necessary amenities such as washing machine, tumble dryer and dishwasher.
